City of Johnstown Master Plan and Revitalization Strategy
A master plan compiled by Kairos Design Group for the revitalization of the Downtown Central Business District, the Kernville neighborhood, and the Hornerstown, Minersville, and Morrellville neighborhoods, all located within the City of Johnstown city limits. These neighborhoods form the heart of the historic City of Johnstown, and successful rejuvination and involvement of these areas can help to strengthen the economic and social health of the entire City.
